Do you hang up your tshirts in the closet? Or do you just fold them and put them in a drawer? I just fold them and put them in a drawer. Do yours get wrinkled this way? Mine do sometimes. My hubby is a slob and he just rifles through them and makes a mess and then ends up with a bunch of wrinkled ones. Every once in a while I go through them and pull out the wrinkled ones and throw them into the dryer with a damp towel, to get them fresh again and wrinkle free. Have you ever done this?

Hi chris,
I always hung our Tshirts after laundry and when I have a lot of time away from PC, I iron them....Hubby will just throw his shirt in the floor and I will follow to hang it once he will still use it or throw in the laundry basket!

Thanks for activating one of my old discussions, my friend. I do the same thing for my friends. I am always about 3 months behind in responding to my friends discussions that I get notification about. That is good because I am them putting the response back on top so more people can see them and respond to them.

Yes, I hang up my T-shirts in the closet as well as my husband's. I also hang up our pants as well. However with our kids clothes I fold them and put them in their drawers. Their clothes don't get too wrinkled, if at all, so I don't worry about tossing them back in the dryer.

Your kids must still be either pretty young that they don't rifle through their drawers, or they must be older and like to keep them neat. Thanks my friend, for the response especially since this discussion is 11 months old.

Hi chrislotz, during sunny day I usually dry the t-shirts on the line under the eaves. I always pull and the t-shirt nicely when put them on the hanger so they won’t get wrinkle after they got dry. I’ll collect and hang them in the closet later on.
I dump them into the dryer during rainy day. You know they don’t have any wrinkle once they fresh from the dryer so I hang them straight away in the closet. I will iron it if it looks not decent and crumpled the time I want to put it on.

I put my t-shirts in a drawer. We do use permanent press because I hate to iron. In fact, I need to iron my husband's shirts, but I do not have a decent iron, but I cannot afford one, even if I go to Value Village because I have other priorities and my Old Age Security does not start until next year.

My t's are all undershirts so I just fold them up and put them in my dresser drawer, I think it is somewhat of an oxy moron to hang them. only nicer shirts like button ups and maybe polos shop be hung but not t's.

I always toss my T-shirts in drawers or o the floor. LOL. The only clothes I hang up in the closet are dresses, pants and coats.

i always just fold my blouses and shirts and put them in a drawer. that's what i do with my boyfriend's shirts and shorts, too. and it's okey. he takes care of the folded clothes of his so, not much a problem for me. i only hang up jackets and sweaters.
i don't care much if the wrinkles on my shirts are just little. my boyfriend isn't that too picky, too. but if it's too much, i try to find ways to make it look wrinkle free again. or atleast, has little wrinkles on it.

I wear some wiking T-shirt that is quick dry made by 100% polyester so I put in drawer, but cotton t-shirt if keep in drawer it become odd so need ironing. It is best to hand up t-shirt and suit and a cover over it must be fasten other dust will make it more worst.

Yes i would normally hang up my clothes but also have some which i fold and put in the drawer. I would like to tell here that one should know the material of the clothes. There are materials which are wrinkle free such clothes can be kept in drawers and others hanged prperly in the closet. I have not tried ever the concept of a damp towel and clothes in the dryer but would try out and see the results.

I have to admit that when I take my tshirt off it goes straight onto the chair I have in my bedroom on top of my other clothes, I only hang my shirts up, but t-shirts until they are dirty will go into the laundry basket, each night they go on the chair, but I am not bad as to leave them on the floor!

I don't wear t-shirts but, my husband and my boys do. I always fold them as carefully as possible but, every now and then I have to put them in the dryer with a wet towel like you do.

I manually wash my clothes and don't wring them to get water off it before hanging them to dry. That way my clothes are wrinkle free. I have lots of hangers so i just hang them inside my closet. I don't fold because i don't like wearing clothes with fold lines especailly on T-shirts. Depending on the quality material of the clothing i do the ironing only if necessary.

For me after my clothes dries up, i have to fold them and keep them. I only iron my clothes and hang them when i am going to wear the clothes the next day. I dont do ironing all of my washed clothes. I iron them when i am about to use them.

Mine are all hanging in my closet. I want to minimize wrinkles. I like everything to be kind of neat.
