Does Santa have a fireplace to use at your house?

Or does he have to use a door or a window?
We have 2 fireplaces. One in the living room with the Christmas tree and one in the basement. Fires are always burned in the basement fireplace on Christmas Eve so Santa does not burn his butt coming down the chimney.

we have a fireplace in our basement...this is nice to have, but it also kind of sucks because we would much rather have it in our living room upstairs (which is where we put the tree!) also it doesn't help heat our living space at all being way down there.
A few years back I saw the neatest thing: Santa Keys, for people who don't have fireplaces. I bought a bunch from Oriental Trading Company...not sure what to do with all of them, they are hanging off our tree :)

haha that's funny. i don't have a fireplace unfortunately. not even a fake one.
i have many many windows though. so i guess I'll just have to leave some open.
and they are big windows so he shouldn't have problem squeezing through. not so sure about his reindeer though.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
