Ever counted the colors in a rainbow just to make sure

The funny thing about a rainbow is that I am color-blind and I can still see all seven colors... and yes I have counted. Thanks Zelo

I remember there is seven, I count to make sure yes, but I can't remember the colours in order and what they are, red, yellow, blue, purple? Go on tell me the seven colours, it is very rare to see a rainbow, and tell me is there really a crock of gold at the end of the rainbow? We have plenty of rain in the UK, so you'd think the chances are we'd see rainbows more frequently, so I think I have to check them properly as it's sooo long since I last saw one!
