I think this is awesome that you finally have a desire to send thank you cards for gratitude.
You sure have grown up a lot in the last year, and I am so very proud of you.
Keep up the great work!

Yes I do. It was a habit my mother got me into early on. It is a habit I have started to pass to my 4 year old.Thank you cards are a great tangible tool. It says thoughts and efforts are appreciated. My daughter even makes some of hers now!

Yes, I use them. If someone has me over for dinner, or I get a gift, or someone has just helped me with a lot of things, they will get a thank you card. My mom reared us like that. Please, thank you, and thank you notes are almost automatic for my sister and I. LOL

I use thank you cards occasionally. I hardly have anyone doing anything special for me to have send many of them out though. I do respect and appreciate anyone who does take the time out of their day to even acknoledge me though. I really respect that. That is very hard to come by these days.

Yes, always, it would be most unusually for me not to send a snail-mail version of a thank you card for just about everything. E-mail is my best way of staying in touch, but when one is shown a special kindness or given a thoughtful give, one sends a card in my culture.

Absolutely I do. As a child it was drummed into me that I should always thank people that sent me things or did good things for me. Sometimes I even send flowers with the card too. We taught our daughter to do the same and I must say that she doesn't do too badly. But I think that if she could get away with an e mail she would. Wouldn't we all these day. LOL.
