I'm reading "Lost" by (I forget) MacGuire, who wrote Wicked, Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister, etc. I love his tales!! The flip side of fairy tales, as it were. This one is about the "real" story of Ebenezer Scrooge, in a modern setting. Up next is "Wicked" by the same author, the story of the "wicked" witch of the west from the Wizard of Oz. I always felt sorry for her and never really liked Dorothy.
