My daughter went to a Bon Jovi concert last night.
It was her first big concert and she was all excited about going.
I remember the first concert I went to . It was such a big thing for me :):)
I was actually invited to go, but I really can't spend money on concerts right now.
But when they came back - my daughter and her friends - were showing me all the pictures and little videos they made. It seems like it was an amazing concert :)
We were talking until almost 2 am LOL
So, what was the last concert you went to ? DId you enjoy it?

LOL my first one was even way before that LOLLLLLLLLLLL
I don't mind being in places with a lot of people but I had a friend that sometimes went to concerts with us, but she was always looking for the place where the exits were and planing a route in case there was something happening and people had to leave. I confess it was weird but if something ever happened I would want to be beside her LOL

It's been a long time since I went to a concert, I was still in college when I watched some local bands here perform.
Bon Jovi is also one of my favorites, well, used to be.
I enjoy most of his songs back then, but my interest in music have expanded and somehow forgotten their group.
The latest technologies does come in handy these days, we could easily record their performance and take pictures whenever we want to. How I wish that we have that back then, during the where I used to come along with friends and watch some concerts.

That problem would certainly take the fun out of going to a concert twin dear. I guess you can always listen to the music in the radio if you like it.
I have no problem with that, but I would for example if there was no space for me to move - like the subways in tokyo :) . Anything that won't let me move freely is more than an ordeal.
I enjoyed seeing my daughter so happy. ANd it was great to hear them describe the concert and how they felt about the songs played.

The first concert I went to was George Thorogood and the Destroyers followed by the Steve Miller Band. There was also a local band whose name I don't remember that opened for them. Even though the seat I had wasn't as close to the stage as I thought it would be, I still had a great time.
The last concert I attended was "Weird Al" Yankovic when he performed at the Colorado State Fair. I had seen him in concert once before, so I knew the show would be spectacular. This time I got a second-row seat!

MY first big concert was Genesis. I will never forget it either. And the best thing is that my dad took me LOL
I did attend incredible concerts and remember them all as a great time.
I don't even think I cared where my seats were at that time, as long as I was there LOL

The first concert I ever went to was Madonna. I'd have loved to see Bon Jovi when I was a teen. It makes me feel not so old when I realise that both of these artists are still popular & making music today.
Sadly, I can't even remember that last concert I went to see. I guess kids sort of cramp your style and, like you say, concert tickets are pretty expensive these days.

My last concert was a Ray Boltz concert which was actually held at our church (he's a Christian artist for those who may not be familure). I'm sure nothing to compare to Bon Jovi but our church seats over 3000 and it was packed :) I loved it and if I ever get a chance to go to another one of his concerts I will.

It doesn't really matter if it's Bon Jovi, The Berlim Boys Choir, or any other artist as long as it is someone we enjoy listening to :)
With 3000 seats that is certainly considered a concert and I'm glad you enjoyed yourself as well as everyone else in there.
THat's what the spirit is:)

My first concert was Valdi. I can't remember how long ago that was... maybe 30 years ago? The blend of his voice with his ballads was incredible.
The last concert I went to was ... It was either Rita MacNeil (spelling might be off) or Tom Jackson. Both have tremendous stage presence. And their voices are out of this world.

I have never been to any concert cos they are not performed in my city even if any band comes to India. But I have attended a small show by some local bands here and It was just awesome. Me and some of my friends who loved Rock Music, just stood there, shocked at the way those guys were playing around with their guitars. Oh man, I wanted to run onto the stage and scream with them, but the security wouldn't let me. lol. We stood there , at the front of the row, headbanging, rocking to the music and it was a very good experience. I'm waiting for the time when some band would come to India, and I could go and Attend. I would take all the photographs that I could take and videos and autographs as well. Oh how I would love to be at a concert.
