All-nighter

I am debating pulling an all-nighter and just wondering what people thought. There's not any particlar reason for me doing this I just can't sleep and it's now 5am in the UK. The thought of sleep vaguely crossed my mind but I'm now watching Shaun of the Dead :)
Does anyone else out there pull all-nighters? And what do you do to stay awake the next day (I'm a large fan of pro-plus).

I rarely stay all night long ,but i often sleep after two am.the next day i sleep all daylong

I think that most people who pull overnighters to study would do much better to get a good night's sleep and study after you are rested and start studying so you are not doing this the nigh before the finals . I have never pulled an all nighter myself.
