I would take a nap, but since it was 3pm it would have to be a short one. If a nap is not an option then I would say either: a cup of coffee, big glass of caffeinated soda, I giant candy bar, or get up and run circles around the kitchen table.

Coffee is a poor choice if you have trouble sleeping at night. I would suggest scheduling time for a nap, if possible. Sleep and recharge sounds like a good idea to me.

I usually think a three pm nap is ok. As long as it's only an hour or so. Sometimes I can go on a 15 minute power nap. lol. I like power naps. I don't like coffee so that'd never be a choice, and I don't trust power drinks so that isn't a choice either.

Hello dear ersmommy. When it is about three in the afternoon, I would refuse to take a long nap, but a short one, as I am afraid that my night sleep might be brothered. To deal with this issue, I would make some tea most of the time. Of course, coffee might help as well. So I think that it is a good idea for you to always have a nap after lunch to get back your energy for work in the afternoon. Have a good nap as always.

Well here where I live, it was 5:00pm and I was feeling the need for a nap and I figured since it was Saturday that I would because during the week I wouldn't dare because it's too close to bedtime and I wouldn't be able to get proper rest for work the next day. But I find it hard to get a good sleep going because I am constantly being disturbed and I hate it. Usually coffee is better for us in the afternoon as apposed to the morning contrary to what people believe, so make yourself a nice pot of coffee the next time you feel sleepy.

i actually would lay down to take a 15 min nap, that does make u feel refreshed sometimes i take an extra 15 after that so maybe a thirty min nap can help you out jus dont go beyond that cuz then you'll be sleepin the rest of the day then you;ll be up all night. or if your out and cant sleep get an energy drink then drink some water after . it works for me

I just woke up for a short nap. I take just a twenty minute power nap and I am good to go for the rest of the day! Woo Hoo!
