OMG!!! Walmart doesn't sell it!!!  

The dollar store near my walmart is called "Dollar Giant". I find it isn't as good as "Dollarama" though. But today it was my saving grace. :)

This is the very first time I've not found something I was looking for from Walmart. It's possible that a larger branch would have the earphone covers, but considering I bought the earphones that require the covers from this particular store, I really thought they would have the covers too.

I don't think there is anything else that could be used in the interim that wouldn't harm the earphones (fabric plasters are about all I could figure).

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

I don't often get paranoid.. however... I have this friend, who on occasion does. He's actually quite a riot to watch when he's in that state. I like to do my part and yell "BOO!" at him when I can. It's cheap entertainment.

From the information you provided I am not sure that qualifies as paranoia, it seems more like just on edge. Paranoia would be more specific, as in thinking the cops are going to bust you for some unknown reason, or assuming WalMart is keeping their supply of earphone foam covers away from you because they have a plot against you.

Come to think of it, I think maybe it's this friend that is working with Walmart; it's no wonder I'm so paranoid. Walmart had to have been tipped off somehow, to know to hide the earphone covers from me, and to make sure there are never any bananas in my local store. This friend is mean and evil evil evil!!! I wouldn't put it past him. He's always out for a cheap thrill.

I had just made a comment in another discussion the other day, that if my local Walmart sold bananas, then I wouldn't have to do my shopping anywhere else at all. Now my list includes bananas and earphone foam covers. lol.

In southern California, they have "Super Wal Marts," which have grocery stores inside with the regular Wal Marts. None of them are near me, though they are finally opening one up about 30 miles from where I live. I visited one, once, while in Coachella Valley and it's pretty big. Our Wal Mart has a Sam's Club in the same mall, so I get some of my groceries there and bananas are really cheap.

We have one of those super walmarts here in London, Ontario as well, but it's in the exact opposite corner of the city from where I live. I don't drive, and it's not worth it for me to go all the way up there. And my local walmart is simply too small to have a produce section. They barely fit in the dairy and frozen foods section! lol!

If I had a Zellers nearby, I would choose them over Walmart too. It's always less crowded in Zellers, and I like that it's a canadian based company.

Oh, I know that walmart doesn't sell a LOT of things... but the fact that I bought the original earphones there made me think they'd have the accessories for them. Logical assumption... of course we all know what that means when we "assume". ;) I wasn't about to replace perfectly good earphones when all I needed were the foam covers. That's a waste of money to me.

I'm glad I'm not most people. I am far too frugal for that. lol.

I didn't consider ebay, but of course, I wanted the earphone foam covers right away. And ebay doesn't allow for that.
