Cutting Boards

I like plastic cutting boards better than wooden.

I use the plastic type cutting boards.
That way I can soak them in bleach to kill any bacteria.
I am not too sure if we can use bleach on wooden boards.

i have many cutting boards too. i have one wooden cutting boards. and all other else are plastics with different sizes. well i think that it is really great to have wooden cutting boards than plastics. well that is what i have heard before. they say that germs will grow more on plastics. well i don't like having too much cutting boards. they are really messy to have too many on the kitchen. one is enough for me. though i will say that when we are in a hurry to cut so many thing lie vegetables having more than one cutting board will be really good. but i really don't assign one cutting board for a particular purpose. i can use for any reason like cutting meat or even bread on the same cutting board. well though i think it is really great to have or assigned particular cutting board for different purposes. well though i think it is just a hassle for me to do that. i will just whatever board and for whatever food that i want to cut and just wash it.

it is actually my mom who likes to buy cutting board. me i am a minimalist person. i just want few utensils and i hate collecting and buying many utensils and kitchen appliances. i just want a simple kitchen. i hate having too many thing. i feel so cluttered though it is in proper places.

I used wooden one. They say wooden is better than vinyl or plastic because the bacteria that are around they stay more on plastic than in wooden. When I watch cooking series in T.V. they are always using wooden cutting board.
