are you a night owl?

i stay up very late everyday. are you the same? i know that's not good for my health. but i don't know how to change. my top record is 6 o'olock in morning still playing computer. what about you? do you wanna change this bad habit either?

well,i'm the similar kind of guy with you.Every night,i went to bed at 11:30.i find it's so hard to get up on the next morning.I'm trying to change this bad habit now.I think enough sleep can keep us younger,ja........ja.let's have a try together!

I am a night owl and always have been. I even work the night shifts because I am not a morning person and just can't seem to function in the morning at all. I guess there has to be night people as well as day people to make everything work smoothly.

I love staying up late and thats a big problem why I hate mornings so much lol. I feel like I have more freedom at night time because my parents are asleep and I feel alive at night. Plus the best shows are on tv at night time. Im usally up to 2am or later on the weekdays I can last on 5 hours of sleep. On the weekend im up to 4 or 5 am watching nick at night lol.

I normally only stay up until 11pm or 12 am. Right now it is a little past midnight. I am going to head off to bed in a few minutes. I used to be more of a night owl than I am now, but with 2 kids it is hard to do.

I am sort of inbetween as I try to shut off mycomputer by eleven oclock but sometimes it is more like twelve but I have to go to bed by then after mylotting all day. My eyes get so tired that I must stop. Often I cannot sleep; but going back to the computer does not help at all.

I have to say I am a night owl too.I feel good at night and do things much better than at day time.I know is bad for my health ,and now I am try to change this situation. I usually go to bed at one o'clock,and get up at half past seven.I plan to go to bed at half past eleven and wake up at half past six.I hope I can make it.

i can get a full 8hrs of sleep and STILL yawn my way thru the day. and even if i dont drink any coffee, come 8pm or so, i wake right up! happens like that everyday, unless im sick. i have a hard time falling asleep no matter what time i go to bed, and if i manage to get everything done that i do daily on the computer then i do try to relax enough to sleep. i always toss and turn and my brain just wont shut up for a minimum of an hour..sometimes a couple of hours. so on average i dont fall asleep until around 4am.
