|  I learned the answer in our Biology class. This is quite intriguing at first right? But once you know the answer, you'll be glad you did. :)
ANATOMICALLY SPEAKING...
The coronal cut of the heart, meaning dividing it from the posterior[back] and anterior[front], you can form a heart shape.
MORPHOLOGICALLY SPEAKING...
If you'll trace the veins and arteries surrounding the heart, you can form a heart shape there.
That's it.
