It is too crowded in the bus

I was on the crowded bus on my way home and happens to stop at one of the bus stops for passengers for alighting and boarding. I saw someone very familiar on the street however, I don't recognize her in my group of friends then she was beckoning to the group including me but it is too crowded, I can't stick out my hand and wave at her. But the lady standing in front of me seems to wave back to her which I cannot confirmed are they friends or not. Then, the bus drove on and I didn't beckon back. If the lady on the street is my friend, I really feel bad for not acknowledging her. Were you in this situation before? How are you going to deal with it?

i think its not big problem and no need to force your self to say hello to her depend on the situation that you had on thats moment. and i don't think so that she also recognized you too, dear.
well, if you still want to say something to her about this occurrence then why you don't send any mesage through sms to her? i believe when you tell her the condition, she will be understand and don't mind at all

ah ya, sorry that i don't notice this information in the first comment in here. but you said that you know her from face book, so it means that you still able to send message to her through face book, right? please let me know if i make mistake again in here

There are familiar faces everywhere which makes you confused. In addition, I do not see her frequently so I can't judge that the lady on the street is the person on facebook and maybe she put on make-up so it is very difficult for me to confirm that person. However, I have posted a note on facebook hoping she will reply back.

Well maybe when I get home I call/write her and try to confirm if your doubts were true. Maybe you could apologize to her if ever you feel that way. After which I am pretty sure you're conscience will be much more better.

Unfortunately, it is someone from facebook which I do not have her contact number. But I have posted a note on facebook and hope she replies.

I have been in crowds before but not on a bus. I have been acknowledged by people also but could not acknowledge them back either because it was too crowded and they could not see me. I did recognise the person though and I got in touch with them later.
