Need help posting in a subject that's not in your list...

What I do is add the subject to my interests list, post my discussion and then I delete the subject.

What about just posting on General, or Mylot? if i'm never sure thats where i put mine..and i hope this is what you mean..sometimes i get a bit confused..LOL

You could post it under the "general discussions" area, as I think this is where the tags becomes handy too. I haven't started any discussion under that area, maybe try it again if I could come up with a topic that I don't have on my interest list. This is the only way I find appropriate, unless you decided to add that list in your interest..

I would just go to the interest section or go to where you start the discussion and just post it under a miscellaneous subject. You can also find a post that someone else has made and go there and post a new post too and that should allow you to post yours without adding the interst.

Hi coffeeshot, Post the topic under the interest( you already have)which is closely appropriate to tht interest or if not interested in that also, put it under 'general discussion.' Good Luck.

Why would you not want to add it as an interest? That just doesn't make sense. You can always add the interest, post the discussion, then later delete the interest. You can add/delete interests any time you want.

You can only post in an interest that you have listed or in the general category. I often post in the general category because most members will still encounter the discussion. As another member has suggested, you could add the interest, create a discussion then delete the interest.

Do they have like everyday life? or general discussions? i do have that in mine....I would just put it under anything that was simular,thats what i always do....

I sometimes add a topic and delete it after posting the discussion.

I don't think you can :( You would have to enter the topic and add it to your interest...
