Lack Of Sleep Can You Stand the Whole Day?

i sleep at 3am this morning and now it's 6am so i sleep only for 3 hours. i now feel sleepy later on. i am force to wake up because i will attend important gatherings starting at 8:30am up to 4pm.
Did you try lack of sleep and have important meeting to attend? how did you conquer the urged of sleepiness?

I don't have meetings to attend but i always get about 3-6 hours of sleep each day. I need all of the time that I can get to work online and make money for my family. I work with alot of sites each day and it takes alot of hours to work with all of them but the money is worth it.

I can handle it. Since my husband love to stay up late, I am often lacking a lot of sleep. Or I sleep well for a few hours then get up around 1:30 cause he is still up and have problems getting back to sleep.

Well, i slept at 2:30 am because i did a dvd marthon watch of Prison Break... and now i am not sleepy... but my head feels shallow... i think i will be sleeping very early tonight... i might just continue watching tomorrow night... since the lack of sleep might take a toll on my health...

Yhea I did everyday since I like to work in the evening here in the net, I manage to have t least 4 to 5 hours of sleep in the morning. I usually went to bed 5 am in the morning and I got to go up in bed around 10 am because I have to prepare food for my family. Sometimes I took coffee when I felt a little sleepy.

i think i could sleep all day if i could but i would never get anything done my paid web sits or mylot and my pets would be hurngy

I have sleeping problems since I was a teenager. There were time when I didn't sleep the whole day but still feel refresh. I think it was because I drank too much coffee. And now I can hardly have a good 6-8 hours of sleep everyday. Even if I went to sleep early, I still wake up in the middle of the night. I think when you are attending important meeting and you are lacking in sleep, you should do a little exercise like breathing in and out and stretching your body. Then take a cold shower, after take a light breakfast, drink black coffee or a glass of warm honey. It can boost your energy level thus reducing your sleepiness. Good luck.
