I am not a veggie eater but I love green beans with melted butter on the top... For some reason those are the only things I will eat.. I don't even like making mix veggies soups cause I pick everything out.. However I am more of a fruit person, I love them and can eat them all day long if I had my chance!

I'm really not sure what vegetable is the healthiest, but if I had to choose only one to eat for a year I would probably choose either potatoes or peppers. Potatoes because you can do so many things with them and peppers because they are delicious and I can't imagine going a day without eating them! That's a hard question, actually.

I'd have to pick broccoli, fresh OR frozen. It's rich with antioxidants and is loaded with vitamins and minerals. You can fix it in so many different ways, and blend it in with other things so that it needn't taste the same at every meal.

I like carrots the best...I eat them all the time. Corn is good too. I also like boiled potatoes.

Hey, all fruits and vegetables are great for your health. I would choose all of them. Especially sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, celery, and fresh corn. For fruit, I will choose them all, especially oranges, tangerines, peaches, coconuts, canteloupes, and pineapples. Yeah, they are the healthiest food you will have.
