Girls!, What gets your attention from a guy most?

Personality is definitely the best thing about a guy. But you also have to have at least a little amount of physical attraction. But if the guy is hot but a jerk I would never date him.

To be honest, I would never go for a "hot" guy. They're shallow and usually quite thoughtless when they think they can get any woman because of their looks. Prima Donnas I call them!

Give me a guy who's not so hot looking, not so shallow, but able to hold an intelligent and humorous conversation. One who will appreciate me for what I am, as I do him. Beauty dies with age or injury, but a loveable inner Self, lives on!

What gets my attention first would be there body. Then it would be his eyes. And to keep my attenion he would have to be a good flirt.

If I wasnt married and could date. I would have to say his personality.

First and foremost....How he carries himself. If he is Confident, and Brilliant
( an absolute must ) If his views are exactly the same as Mine ( I know that's a shallow One, Showing possession )
If He has Curls....a Deep voice. And goes By Mel . I think ........
Yep.....I think his name just has to Be Mel or Gil either One is more than Sufficient for Me.
Of course if he works on Machinery too that's a Major Plus!!!!
But yeah......Definately the Name Mel. that does it 4 me!

I always tend to go for intelligence first...It is all in how well a guy can talk to me or understand me when he listens...A wonderful personality also is tops on my list...Intelligence,personality,artist...These are the top 3 things i look for first...Of course some attractive has to be present...on looks I look at the eyes first on a guy...

When I was younger I went out with guys who looked good. I had children with two of them. Then I started looking at personality instead.
Stupid people still ask me why I never married my first son's father. He was a nice looking body builder. I tell them if marriage was just sitting him in the corner and looking at him, that would be fine. Unfortunately, he speaks.
And besides, looks change. He's ugly now, 20 years later. Lol.
My second sons father was nice looking too. But before having a child with him I didn't look for signs of bipolar disorder and OCD.
Those things are very common in people nowadays and can make lives miserable.
I'd rather be happy with an ugly person than miserable with someone that looks nice.

Kind-heartedness. He can have the best body, beautiful eyes, smell good all the time and very well groomed, but if he doesn't have a kind heart and most importantly Respect I would not look twice. I'm old school and a man has to be a gentleman. He has to carry himself in a way that when you look at him you know he's a good person and knows how to treat a lady. I'm not going to lie, his looks would be for me ok to normal looking. I don't have to have a pretty man. Some of them are pretty on the outside but no so pretty on the inside. Quality you can't beat it, if the guy has quality I would try to stick with him. Oh I have one more thing to say. Most times-(Note: I said most times) if a man treats his mother with respect and kindness you can almost bet that he will treat the lady or ladies with the same.

guys who are kind and respectful, honest and loving are much appealing to me than hot guys who can be arrogant and a jerk

Personality then looks. I like a guy who is kind and considerate. And has a good sense of humor. This goes a long way with me.
