I cant stand to work alone, i have to have people around. i like team work.
Alot more can get accomplished when you work closely with coworkers.
having co workers working with you is a good way to have your work critiqued, find more efficient ways of doing things...and you can have a bit more fun (depends on what type of work ya do)

Thanks for the response. You like being with people to inspire you and give you more ideas and to criticize your work to improve it. You are an open-minded person. People who work alone also get these inspirations but being alone can focus more. =) Depends on a situation again.

I think this depends largely on your co-workers. I have often found myself working alone while others just stood around. In this case, it would be more productive to work by yourself.
On the other hand, when you have good people to work with, you can usually get alot more done by working together.
So, I think you should do whatever the situation calls for, and will get the job done right.

Yes, you are right. Largely depends on what project you are working on. If needs are needed call on somebody. But be careful, they might steal your ideas. LOL =))

I think I actually am more productive and work better when I'm working by myself. I'm also a lot quieter. But, I can also work with others pretty well. But, I think I'm way too easily distracted with other people around. I've worked both by myself and with other people in the past, but working by myself is better.

Thanks for the response. I used to be perfectionist too. But I learned that it is true, no man is an island. We need others in one way or the other. =)

i work well with others, however i rather work alon i work faster its more acurate.
i would work with others if its a team project.

Thanks for the response. You have a point there. It depends on a situation. If working alone will make you more creative and accurate in your work, so let it be.

I will get more done if I work alone but it really depends on the project.
If I am making a website I love making it myself as I will have all the control over layout and such while if I have to work with a team, there will be some things not going the way I want and such.
It also depends on the team, if I am with lazy workmates, then it will annoy me as I would always have finished my part first, and will have to wait and usually do more work then my coworkers.
On the other hand if we all are about as productive, then I love working in groups, it really lets the amplitude of the project and the speed at which it is completed get quicker.

Thanks for the response. Co-workers are really annoying especially if the work to be done needs their contributions too and they are very slow. Time and effort are wasted if they are just playing around. =)
