Do you like housecleaning?

I clean my own house, but this is only because I cannot afford to hire anyone in to do it for me! If I could afford to I would DEFINATELY have someone else in to do it. I hate cleaning with a passion, it is definately the worst part of being a stay at home mum/wife!

well i do have a cleaner who comes and cleans my house every day, however i get into these fits of major clean uyps at times. i just go crazy ceaning up and dont realise where the time flies.

I too clean my own house... I don't really like it but I am the only one that does it so, I don't really have a choice, very seldom my husband will help me... I too can't afford to hire a maid or someone to come in and clean it for me either and yes I am the same as you if I could get someone to come and clean for me and pay them I would too.. Not that I am lazy or anything I just have to much going on to actually clean non stop....

i would,if it would remain clean more than one day. my family's right behind me messing it up as fast as i clean it.*sigh* if i could afford a maid,i'd have one too.but i'm sure they'd drive her to quit LOL

I don't always like to clean house. Sometimes I like to do it, to keep my mind off of other things. It is something that has to be done either way. I don't like it when others try to clean my house, (especially when i'm not there. If i'm there I can tell them where to put things and how I do it) because I do things a certain way, and because of my ocd if some things aren't done a certain way, it doesn't feel right to me until I fix it.

Hey,dfollin!I like housecleaning.I wanna everything in my house is in order and everyplace is clean.It is my hobby to clean my room.If i see a mess room in front of me,whether it is my friend's or my brother's,i will clean it right away. I don't like to hire help,because i think housecleaning is enjoyful.You can play some music while you are cleaning.It makes you feel so comfortable and peace.

I am so sick of cleaning house. I was raised with a dust rag in my hand I believe. I am so tired of cleaning things only to have to go back five seconds later to clean it again. I am a very clean person but it is so hard to keep up with and it gets very old when I am the only one in my household who cares if it is clean or not. I used to have jobs outside of my home also that required me to clean too. I would love to hire help to cleab for me but i know they would not clean like I do.

I do all of my own house cleaning.I am home all the time so i do it at my own leasure...When i had my kids at home,i cleaned house everyday,and cooked a large meal in the evening.Now i clean as i feel and i seem to always keep things clean,just us 2,so i enjoy doing my own..When i do deep cleaning like ceiling fans,windows,or re orangnizing i do a little at a time..I try to keep up because if i fall behind i can get stressed,so a little each day works for me...I could hire a maid ,and if i worked i might, but now i just like doing it myself..When my children was home,i did not enjoy it so much,5 kids is a lot of work...

No, I do not like housecleaning. But, I had no choice as getting someone to clean the house in US is expensive. Thus, I had to do it myself.

I really hate to clean the house. But I can not afford to pay anyone to clean it for me. I guess I am rather lucky, I live alone, so I am the only one to mess it up. I get very little company. so If I do not feel like doing it, I just put it off til I feel like it.

I don't necessary hate cleaning, it's just not my favorite thing to do. Now I do despise washing white clothes. Even though I only have about 1 load of whites a week, there are so many. Between socks and t-shirts, under garments and the other little white stuff, I hate it. I wish I could just through all the whites in the trash or recycle them, but I can't afford to keep buying more. Wish I could hire a maid.

Yes, if I am in the housecleaning mood. If I am not, my house will still tend to be clean and smell very fresh.. But there are times that I wish I could have a genie to do my dirty work. Or I could snap my fingers and make something happen on my end!

I utterly hate cleaning but it has to be done. Here's the funny thing though. I HATE cleaning but I took a job at a campground doing.... wait for it.... cleaning. lol Of course my family and I all do it together. We clean the cabins here at the campground in trade for rent and it's only a couple of days a week. So though I do not like cleaning. I do like our job and we do it as a family so that helps.

Oh, I hate cleaning house but I do it myself..not as much as I need to. As long as I am able to though I will do it myself. I can't see paying out the money, lol, I'm a little cheap.

I'm a married woman for more than five years now and we have a daughter for a child. Obviously, I am considered to keep the house tidy and clutter-free for the entire family. But in our particular case, we still can't afford to purchase our own house so we are sharing a rented apartment with my three younger siblings here in the city. We occupy the lower storey of the house and with it comes the cleaning of the shower room where it is also located. We only have one bathroom so everyone in the house uses it from time to time. This is my least favorite room or part of the house to clean. For more than a couple of years now, I'm the sole person tidying it up. Naturally, I often get irritated so I tried or tested not cleaning it for three to four consecutive days; hoping that somehow my companions in the house (my siblings in particular) would have the initiative and concern to do the cleaning. But to no avail and I felt they were blind and inconsiderate of the situation. Anyway, it usually ends up to me - still the one cleaning it. And even if I am disgusted in cleaning it and normally smelling the odorous stench, I force myself to undertake the task because aside from preferring a tidy environment, I do believe in feng shui and according to its principles, 'a bathroom is a place of wealth'; meaning a clean and fragrant shower room enhances good chi and promotes great blessings in money matters. Like you, if our finances would permit it, I'd like to hire some help, too.

I do not really enjoy cleaning, but I do like the feeling of having a clean house. If you get what I mean. I would pay someone to clean for me is it was something I could afford to do.

I don't know what's wrong with me but I really hate house cleaning when I'm at home. But if I'm in other people's house. I really like cleaning.

i don't mind it . just something that u have to do. i don't hire any help. they probably wouldn't suit me if i did. i'm sort of picky. i'm retired now but i have seen the day when i wish i could have afforded help.
