 Ugh! I am furious! I love Bones but, frick! Zack? Zack had to be Gormogon's apprentice? Fedge! Not that I would have liked to see anyone gone from the show but, they could have made Sweet's Gormogon's Apprentice. I wouldn't miss him as badly as I will miss Zack! Ugh! They could even have taken the boss...what's-her-face! I love the rest of them and would have hated to see anyone but the boss lady (not Bones, the other boss woman) and Sweets, go.
What do you all think? Will you miss Zack as much as me? Would you have rather seen Sweets or the boss lady go? Are you a bit hurt by they choice to write Zack as Gormogon's Apprentice?

1.  mcat19 (500) | 4 months ago |  I love Zack, too. I was still bummed that they killed Booth. Bones was not pleased that he didn't tell her he was alive; he didn't tell me either. I would have liked it to be Sweets. He annoys me. I hate Season Finales. They all seem to be the same.

But he came back from Iraq, and he'll come back from this.....I mean, can you see Zack not being Zack? LOL

And, I hope you are right and he will come back from being a murderer like he came back from Iraq but, I don't know! This sucks! I love Bones and I love the entire team and, Bones without Zack worries me a little. But, when NCIS got rid of Kate, I worried about that show too until Ziva managed to work magic on my heart and I accepted her...after a while. LOL! So, hopefully, Bones can survive without Zack and, I just hope they find a great person to fill his shoes. I don't envy the new person and the huge shoes he or she has to fill! | |

In the beginning when it seemed like Booth was dead, I just couldn't believe it cuz the show would be over cuz I sure would never have watched it again! I was very happy when he popped up and went after that guy!
I look forward to the next season! Is there a next season?

| cortjo73 (2069) | 4 months ago | I had a feeling that there was something wonky about the Booth's funeral. The only worse thing they could do is to get rid of the show's namesake, Bones. So, I couldn't imagine that they would get rid of Booth because, he has sort of an equal role in the show as Brennan (Bones) does.
And, as far as whether it is coming back next year, I think so. It is one of Fox's #1 shows. There is no way they would cancel it right now. Also, I read earlier that there are plans for Booth and Bones to go to Europe together next season so, it should be back. | |

| 4. kemmerlin6 (56) | 4 months ago |  I have to first say that thinking Boothe was dead at the beginning kind of shook me...but the more I thought about it, the more I thought that they would have made Bones more emotional at the actual funeral, so I figured it was a dream or something and she would wake up in the hospital room sitting next to his bed... So, that was good news. It is definitely sad that it was Zack! And a major twist in what anyone thought would happen. That's what they have to do though. Make something happen that no one expected. You don't expect the main characters that everyone loves to leave the show. With Boothe, it would have been a show killer. With Zack, just a big surprise. It was a great season ender!

As for Zack, they could have gotten rid of the brunette boss lady or Sweets and that wouldn't have bothered me as much as writing Zack as the murderous apprentice. I know it is sort of their jobs to shock and surprise us but, I don't like it when they get rid of someone as beloved as Zack who has been there since the beginning, over someone like the brunette boss lady (Francesca or something...if I can't remember her name, I must not care for her all that much) or Sweets. Two characters who are newbies as far as the show goes. I wouldn't cry over them. Zack, I cried over! | |

| kemmerlin6 (56) | 4 months ago | Well, luckily for me, this was the first season that I really got into the show. Before this season, I watched it when I happen to come across it. I wasn't any more attached to Zack than I was anyone else. Although I could see eliminating the boss lady before him as being a little easier to handle. Especially with the ideas of what they could do with bringing in a new boss. It could have changed quite a bit up with the show. As far as what someone said about somehow bringing Zack back...I wonder how that could be possible? Maybe somehow incorporating his trial and punishment? And somewhere down the line, him finishing his time in rehabilitation? Who knows.. | |

I said to my husband that he would have been the perfect fall guy since he sort of just showed up in the show. I like Cam so I'm glad it wasn't her. I just can't believe that Zack could kill someone.

How could he be capable of killing someone and providing the means for a cannibal to eat humans? What kind of sense does this make? Sweets would have been a better and more acceptable fall guy for it.
And, thank you for reminding me of her name...Cam! LOL! I couldn't remember it for the life of me.

Each of these main characters feed off one another, and I am not sure how it will work that one of the MAIN characters is gone. It was depressing when Zack went to Iraq. They are ok but, since they are both still fairly new, as far as the age of the show goes, I just don't care about them as much as Zack. He was such a great character and it sucks that the writers and TPTB chose him to shake things up. They didn't even need that kind of attention for the show. It is already a success. If he could reach up, or down, from wherever he is and grab Caleigh and take her with him, that would be smashing! LOL! I would love that! And, it would be fantastic if they could replace him with someone who can act! Yup! I'm down with that! LOL!
As for Zack, that really made me mad. Sweets is ok but, he serves less of a purpose on the show than Zack and, Zack had such a way of portraying his character that I feel like losing him will be a bit of a blow to the show. But, you never know. Maybe we will love his replacement as much as we loved him. | |

I'm such a sap!
