I am currently entrenched in Sisterchicks novels by Robin Jones Gunn. I usually have about four books going to once. So I am also reading a romance novel and usually have a self improvement book around somewhere as well. This months selection there is Beck Diet Solution. A friend spent untold money on it, so I feel its a must read. And forth on my list is either the Bible or a devotional book of some sort.
I have one more Sisterchick novel to read before I either end the series or await her newest one. So far my favorite is the first one I read. Sisterchicks On The Loose. Boy is that a hoot! I love reading about other countries and places I haven't ever been to. She always features a picture on the back of her book of her in that particular country. So I see it through her eyes.
Beck Diet Solution is about taking a cognitive approach to weight loss. It teaches real life measures you can take that will help with any diet. It's an aid and not an actual program.
So tell me about what you are reading. I might like to check out of my library if its interesting!

Thanks for the heads up. I will look into it and more than likely will have to do inner library loan for the series one at a time.

I love to see what people are into. When you ask about books, usually at some point you get a reference into their lives.
Do you scrapbook alot?

Right now I am reading ESCAPE by Carolyn Jessop, a woman who escapes from the FUNDAMENTALIST Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, not to be confused with the LDS, or mainstream Mormons. What a fascinating yet HORRIBLE story. A must-read for anyone who wants to know what is really going on.
