My friend died

Hi Terry. I am so sorry for your loss. It's terrible to lose someone that you are close to. I wish I had some words of comfort for you. I know you're angry right now. It will be hard, but try to be strong for your friend. She will need you right now. The next few weeks will be very difficult but hopefully you will all find peace. My dear friend lost her husband suddenly 6 months ago. He was only 45 and they have 2 young children. I still don't know what to do for her. She's still sad and bitter and angry. I know it takes time and it will be very difficult.

Well i guess you have to pray for her soul to rest in peace its the best thing you could do now..just think that all of us will reach that point in life..its just that its her time now..cheer up..its ok to mourn for a day or two or just a short period of time...

You need to breathe and relax. I know that you are upset over this. When I heard of my good friends passing it was late at night and I had trouble sleeping after that call. I cried so much my face hurt. Grief strikes us all in different ways. Death is a part of life. But, it is hardest for the living to go on.

I'm really sorry for your lose. Specially because you lost a friend, and her daughter is your friend, too.
If she was old, believe me, doctors say that dying in your sleep is the way they suffer the less.
I found my grandad dead in his chair, where he was going to have a nap. His face was so paceful that i knew he was dead a few minutes later. He was 93.
You need to remember that maybe it was her time, that she didnt suffer at all, and in the case that she was ill or in pain, it was better for her in the end.

Well I suggest that you grieve for a few days and cry of you want. Don't hide your feeling. Release it. It's better that way. Pray for her soul. And after few days of grievence, you have to move on and accept that fact. Remember that we will all die. You just have to trust God and HIs plans for us. Even if it's painful and depressing to lose a very very good friend, you have to accept the fact she's gone. God has a purpose for everything that happens into our lives. Every moment, every event, every suffering, failures, tragedy, happiness, success. All of that is included in God's plan. They don't happen by accident. At this point of your life, you have to pray even more. Communicate with Him, talk with Him. And you will see the effect. Accepting the death of someone who is so close to you is now easy and you can't move on in a day or in a week. It takes time to heal the wounds.

Can't suck & explained the relationship within best friend. Crying is the cure as you mentioned. Take my advise, think positively, take good vacation may help you to relax your mind and later day, you can live in good environment and cherish to others.

And you're right...life just sucks sometimes. It's ok that you feel this way, and it's also ok to be angry. I'm not going to tell you to be strong...I'm going to tell you to let it out and cry, its a natural feeling, and so is being angry. Only time will take care of it.

Losing someone you love is very hard, and everyone deals with their emotions in times like this differently. I went through stages of anger and depression when I lost my brother. Really though, I came to realize that it's ok to be mad sometimes, and it's ok to cry. In fact it helps, because if all of that strong emotion is held inside it will make you crazy! Be there for your friend as much as you can, but also know that it's ok for you to be upset as well in times like this. Sometimes you just need to get it all out and that is the only way you will feel better. Letting it out and giving it time. Time makes it, I don't want to say "easier" because it is never easy, but it makes the pain more tolerable. I am very sorry for your loss and you are your friend are in my prayers.

Please be steady. This is those situation when you need to show character by standing beside your friend and sharing her sorrows. Instead of that if you yourself get broken down, it will do no good. I know it might be little to late to hear this advice, but in any case, under any circumstances - just do not loose self-control.
