 Life can really suck sometimes. I just got in from a having a great day and got a message from my friend to call her. I used to work with her and her mother for years. And we were very good friends outside of work. Her mother died last night at 3 in the morning. she died in her sleep. Im so upset and I cant stop crying. I just dont know what to do. Do you have any suggests for me?

Life is so hard sometimes and it is impossible to think we will ever get over the pain . Little by little we heal and the pain/ missing feeling isn't so strong . We will have good and bad days though .
Just let it all out and mourn. Keep talking with friends and have a good support system . In time you will be able to think about all the good memories . You and your friend will be able to find peace there.
