Which oil Are you using for your cooking??
The Sun flower oil or The Corn oil..??
The oil took a very important role in our regular food cook..
In the recent days, all the oil prices has gone upto 30% higher than the previous retes.
Also what is your choice of using the oil for cooking? how far the Corn oil and the Sunflower oil will get differentiate in our regular cooking.
Are you using the same oil what you are using regularly, or do you change the same due to some reason like price increase, other health related issues??

These days I use nothing but extra virgin olive oil for all my cooking with any oil. Olive oil is 0ne of the most health-promoting types of oils today. It is a super Food for the Heart and protects against Heart Disease nonreducing LDL cholesterol. It Protects Against Chronic Degenerative Disease. It has a hefty concentration of antioxidants. The list goes on. I won't cook with any thing else.

I use both, sunflower oil and corn oil. Ofcourse, the price is one of the factors buyers consider in choosing the oil. Prices keep going up and up. That's really amazing !

Most times I would use corn oil, and not safflower, but I am open to new cooking experiences. I don't like olive oil too much. I didn't grow up with it, so now it seems odd tasting to me.
I wish that my diet were more varied. I try to choose a healthy oil when cooking to avoid butter, which is not healthy at all. I have heard that some oils like wheat germ oil are good for the skin. I don't think you can cook with them though. So, I have not tried.

I use corn oil mostly. I like to use olive oil, but its expensive so I use it sparingly. I used to use canola oil, but it has Vit.K in it and I have to stay away from foods containing Vit.k, meaning almost all green leafy vegetables too, it works against the medicine I'm on. So I use corn oil, its safer for me.

I recently bought sunflower oil for the first time. I like it. I bought it because it was the smallest and cheapest bottle of oil I could find at the store the day I bought it. I also use olive oil sometimes. It depends on what I am using it to make.

Neither. :)
I use a lot of olive oil, because the taste is sooo much better than canola, corn, or sunflower oil and fits better into tomato sauces or other 'savory things'. I also use grapeseed oil because it's very mild and the taste is excellent for baking and it's excellent for frying things (probably too expensive to use in large amountns, though). We also use sesame oil for things that need an 'Asian' flare. Sometimes we use hazlenut, but we haven't quite figured out what it fits best with.
