I did not like Brussels sprouts when I was younger at all. I have since found a recipe that I do like, but I still do not like them boiled. If you are looking for a new way to cook them try this:
Brussels Sprouts
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Grated Cheese
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
Coat each cut half with olive oil.
Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet.
Place Brussels sprout halves in the skillet, cut side down.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
Cover skillet and cook on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
Uncover turn heat up a bit, and continue cooking until cut side of sprouts is brown and crisp.
Turn sprouts over to slightly brown other side.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (may sub other cheeses)
serve immediately.
This is a really easy and quick recipe that turns out delicious; even my kids, who don't like the sprouts, like this recipe!
Do you have a favorite recipe for Brussels Sprouts? I would be interested in some different recipes if you have them!

I Loooooooove brussels sprouts! I'm gonna try this recipe this week, maybe my family will like it-I always get a groan when their on the table! But I really do love them just with salt and a little spray butter. I don't have any other recipes for them but if I find one I'll let you know. Thanks for the idea!

I love this method of cooking brussel sprouts mehale. To spice it up a little, I use a grill pan and add red, green and yellow bell pepper, cucumber slices, and other vegetables. I use lemon pepper sometimes and try different spices for different flavors, depending on what I'm serving the sprouts with. Soooo healthy and delicious.
Sometimes, I add a cheese sauce over the sprouts. Now, that's tasty.
