Do you use shampoo everyday?

Yup, I need to shampoo everyday because my scalp is to oily that causes dandruff...

i don't use it everyday either. i use shampo only twice a week. that's enough for my short hair

I haven't been able to do the no 'poo method, myself. I have a very oily scalp that can't handle not being washed daily. My hair is so thick and there's so much of it that it just accumulates under the mop; it doesn't condition my hair like it should.:)

I've heard a lot of people have great success with no 'poo, but it's not for me.

No, I often used conditioner. I only use shampoo once a week because shampoo makes our hair dry if we used it more often.
Most of parlor gays recommended atleast twice a month hot oil because our hair so much expose to sun which is not good.

I don't shampoo every day usually, because even with conditioner it will strip your hair of necessary oils and make it dry and prone to damage and breakage. I couldn't use conditioner alone, because it would leave my hair too greasy and stringy looking.

If I need to wash my hair more often, like during the summer when it's hot and I may perspire or because I am going somewhere special, I first put conditioner from about two inches from my scalp to the ends of my hair. This way I clean the excess oil and dirt off my scalp but don't excessively dry the rest of my hair that may not be as oily. I always follow with conditioner.

Everyone's hair is different and has different needs. You should experiment until you find the exact routine and products that work best for you to keep your hair healthy and shiny.

I don't know about women but my wife's hairdresser once told me that it may actually be bad if I shampood every day so I just do this every 2-3 days.

I use Shampoo often, not everyday.. may be in once in two weeks, because i use to took oil bath every week, when i took oil bath, i use the shekakhai, which is the herbal products.

During the week days, in case if i need/plan to take the head bath, i use shampoo.. and also when ever i will in out of station i use to take bath with shampoo.

All the shampoo which i have used is "Conditioner+shampoo), so i need not use the conditioner separately.

Yes, you are right.. on that day, when we apply the shampoo, on that day, our hair will be very silky.. and its very nice to feel good..

I also shampoo every other day and use conditioner daily. My problem is I easily get dandruff when i don't shampoo but daily shampooing also will make my hair very dry!LOL! I am trying really to research online about it! I hope I will learn from members who will be posting from this topic!

I use shampoo everyday. I don't see any side effects. Perhaps not this time. Though cant really differentiate it cause I never tried it taking a bath without using shampoo, it seems that its not complete if I dont use shampoo.

I don't have conditioner and I find it expensive thats why I dont use it.

yes i'm.. i used it every morning. i feel fresh after using shampoo & ready to start a new days:)
