2nd eye operation of mother successful....Thank you for your prayers....

I would like to thank you for the prayers the 2nd operation of my mother's eye was a great one. I was not able to have proper sleep before the operation and now im glad i can sleep well and I dont have to worry about anything.
I would like to thank you for all your prayers and for all your support. Its your prayers that have helped me think positively about the operation.

It was a traumatic cataract surgery.I was nervous and went home early before the operation even ended coz I was afraid. The doctor looked for me. Now she is crying tears of joy for she can feel her eyesight improving.

Yes, its indeed a grea great good news for all of us here and specially to our family. The operation started at 6:00 pm and ended at around 8:30pm, it took that long coz mother was moving around so the doctor had hard time with his fine focus of the microscope, and i was worried coz the first operation was not that long. Th following day she kept vomiting and I was worried to but the doctor explained that it was may be a side effect of the anesthesia. All is well and now she cried wih tears of joy coz she can now see improvements with her sight which she find it very cloudy after he first operation.

thats great news then!!! hoping that she will recovery soon from her eye operation..and can resume immediately of the things she used to do before the illness and the operation..

Yes, my sister texted my yesterday that mother was crying, and its tears of joy since she can now feel improvements with her sight.

my mom has lost her sight on her left eye that happened during her teen years. her father, our grand dad does not want her to go on any operation for the eyes are one of the hardest body part to operate for there are small viens. but that was years and years ago. there are a lot of new things discovered and i am happy to know that your mom had a succesful operation. i will light a candle for her speedy recovery.

Have they been able to repair the damage and discomfort she had? Was this because of an injury?Or am I remembering another friend?

Yes, there were three stitches on the first operation and the second operation was the cataract surgery. Maybe im that friend that have shared here.
