I haven't had a smoke in nearly 24 hours!
I am finding the hardest part to be right after I eat something. I feel sort of lost because usually that is my time to sit and relax and have a smoke, but now I don't know what to do because I'm not smoking.
What was the hard part for you?

When my hubby gave up smoking a few years ago, the hardest part at first was when he was under stress. And as he'd arrived just in time for Christmas and all the family interaction that entailed, there was plenty of it! I remember driving around for about an hour and a half on Christmas morning, trying to find somewhere open to buy a packet of ciggies!
You should be proud of yourself for managing the first 24 hours.

It is really hard because nicotine might be running through your circulation already and it's very difficult to resist the addictive effect of this to YOU! why not try to chew a mentol candy? or do something that can put your mind away from puffing another stick. Whatever you do, I'll back you up on your noble plan to quit it. God bless.
by the way, I'll pray for you. (,"o
