Berry Cookbooks

Do any of you like berry cookbooks? I sure do and like to make muffins. They are so tasty and healthy when my husband and daughter don't want to eat the fruit by itself. Today my house really smells so nice like blueberries. Do you ever change the recipe in the cookbook?I have two berry cookbooks. How many do you have now?

Hi Fishmomma, I think I have around 2 berry cookbooks. But since I'm single and busy with lot of works I still don't have such time to cook. But, before this I used to cook and my hobby is cooking. but now on, I have to stop it for a while. But by reading this topic I feel like to dig again my cookbooks including the berry cookbooks. LOLOL
Feel like missing my hobby so much. When i'm thinking on the home made muffins, it just make my mouth watery and feel so hungry immediately.LOL.Anyway, thanks for this posting, it reminds me on my hobby. Have a great day!

Thanks for the quick reply. I wish there was more time in the day, as would enjoy a business of baking. It would be so great to make people happy eating my food.

thanks for the courage Fishmomma, I think the time will be there after I make my Master registration on June 21. In that time I become a student again.LOLOL. So for sure I have that plenty of time to cook.

None... I need one of those though.. It will give me more idea's from what I already have to make different things.. I love to bake when it comes to things like this.. I don't know why that is though.. I do really like making berry crisp the most though with cool whip on the top..

So far, all my cookbooks live online in the form of ebooks.
I don't have any for berries though or for muffins,
but that does sound good!

I dont have any berry cookbooks but they sound interesting. I wish that I had one or two. I like berries alot but they are so expensive' I dont buy them alot. i have a blueberry bush but it will not have fruit untill next year.

I don't have many cookbooks, most of mine were accidentally thrown away in a move a few years ago. I just use the internet.
I love blueberry muffins!! I change recipes by substituting applesauce for butter or margarine, it saves lots of fat and calories. I sometimes add things like currants or raisins or nuts.
