Do you care what your yard looks like?

I live out in the country where REDNECKS run wild.
It is terrible the way some people let their yards get. There is a trailer at the end of my gravel road that has all sorts of stuff in the yard. I don't think that anyone even lives there anymore. My yard is clean. Leaves rakes, sticks picked up, no broken down cars or washing machines here.

Yes I would be embarrassed. But around here a family isn't given the chance. After a bit if your grass gets too long you get a ticket of sorts. We have never gotten one. But it did happen to a neighbor across the street. I cannot imagine what you get if you had a dumping ground.

Yes I do very much care what my yard looks like. I like my yard nice and neat. My grass is cut when it needs it I have rose bushes and flowers around my yard. My yard is very well kept up.
Some people just dont care about there yards. There is a person a couple of blocks from where I live and you should see his yard,it looks like a dump. I think he goes around in the alleys and picks other peoples trash that they throw away and takes it home.

I am a landscaper by trade and you would be surprised what some people feel is acceptable in their yard. It seems to happen over time. Everyone knows why that is over there and such, but, I have seen the worst of the worst. I would be embarrassed to leave my yard unclean in many situations, but, it happens sometimes. What can you do?
