when do u often sleep in the evening? why?

when do u often sleep in the evening? do u sleep late? why? i won't sleep until 11 pm. coz i'm in mylot or writing my blog, or preparing tomorrow's lecture in the evening free time.

I will usually go to sleep around 10:00 PM, I am often pretty tired by then, because I get up at 6:00 to start working most days. Sometimes I will stay up later, like last night I stayed up until 12:00, I just could not sleep.

have a bath or put ur feet in some warm water, which'll make u easy to sleep.

I usually go to sleep around 12am. If I try to sleep any earlier than that I will simply toss and turn. I usually sleep in in the mornings and dont get up until around 9am. I work on the internet alot and this keeps me pretty busy.

I often sleep at 0 a.m. I can't fall asleep if i sleep earlier. I don't know why. I prefer to watch tv programs before i go to sleep.

I often sleep after 12 a.m. as I will be studying if there is no holidays or I will be either watching tv, reading story books, or sitting in front of the computer when it is a holiday for me.
