If you needed money for a bill or something would you sell your diary on ebay? Personal information is everyone's thing now, everyone wants to know about someone else's business. Would you do it and say it was a celebrities diary? Would say it was Jay Leno's?
I don't thnk that I would sell my diary on ebay or any other site, I wouldn't allow anyone but my fiance to see it. It's personal and should remain that way. If I was in a tight spot i'd ask for money before selling my diary.
Have a Great day.

Have you seen any diaries for sale on ebay? I started this discussion because I saw a very beautifully covered diary on ebay. I don't think that it had any contents in it, that it was just a blank book. I don't blame you for not wanting to sell it, as I would not either. My diary is my fiance, lol! Have a Great day.

In a way, but diaries are more personal then blogs. Blogs usually have a hint of personal, but not really so much as a diary that is written or locked so that no one can see them on the internet. Have a Great day.

I am seeling a diary organizer with calculator in ebay right now in my listing. It is not written. And if I had a diary I wouldn sell it too. By the way when we write blogs they are public anyway and some people do earn money from writing their blog so is this considered as selling too?

I do not have a diary or a journal or anything like that,as it is uncommon to my knowledge for a guy to keep one,but if I did I would not sell it on ebay, because it is something personal, that and I have never trusted ebay.

Yes ebay is hard to trust, but neither of us have actually ever used ebay so we can't be sure. I don't think it's common for guys to keep diaries or journals or whatever you want to call it.

I think that selling personal information is the thing to do now because it could get u good money. but there should be something to write about ourselves. I'm the one who has done very few activities so there's nothing special to write a book about. Anyways a great idea to make few bucks

Why would you not sell your diary on ebay or another site? What personal values do you keep that would cause you not to sell it? Have a Great day.

Well you know what they say "one man's junk is another man's treasure". I know your diary isn't junk to you, but all I mean is what you think is trash another will revel in. I'm sure it can't be all that bad, Have a Great day.

No , I don't think I would sell mine it is too personal and also filled with memories.
I would be curious to see if anyone would bid and I think they would if I put the one from my high school early adult life . I always seem to write when I am blue or broken hearted . The life of tragic L .
