My sister just told me that if you have a flower vase that has residue from a bouquet left in the vase....or a water mark just use some Efferdent and it will take the stains right out. It only takes a couple of minutes and the vase will be shining clean again!

Smokers Polident also works well. I use it for my rings as a cleaning solution. I soak them overnight in warm water with Polident tablets. In the morning I clean them using warm, running water and an old toothbrush. I haven't tried anything but diamonds in the solution. Don't know what it would do to other rings but I wouldn't risk it.

Jillhill,
How ingenious! I've never hurt of using Efferdent to take out flower water stains, but it makes sense. I've got a green glass vase that seems to always have a water line in it. Guess I know how to take care of that. Thanks for this suggestion.
Now, who do I know that wears false teeth and uses Efferdent???
