Oh my goodness and Praise the Lord! I just finished one baby afghan and now I have three more to make. I have a quilted purse started and over half done for my daughter. I have three little summer outfits to make for my 20 month old grand-daughter. I have so many more things I want to start and I can't seem to keep my head above the water! I am swamped! That is not counting my hubby and I going to do the inside work on the sunroom and pantry we are having built! Oh my, where will we find the strength to get all this done! Well, we'll pull it from our inner selves. LOL Thanks for reading this and God bless you!

I know what you mean. I have so much going on or that I would like to accomplish that it all become a bit overwhelming to say the least. I think staying focused on the smaller picture of daily goals instead of looking at the big picture it doesn't tend to be so overwhelming. God is our Strength!

Yes God is our Strength. Yes, I too have to break these down in smaller goals or I get so overwhelmed that I just stop doing everything. How is your week going, better than last week? God bless you!

You will get it done one day at a time. Sounds like you keep busy and thats wonderful that you are clothing your grand daughter. My grandma used to make me a few dresses and they were always my favorites! Bless you and keep up the good work!

Sounds like mamacathie needs to sloooow down a bit and smell the roses before they all wilt up and fade away!! lol You sound like me, too many things to do at once and my mind gets scattered but I manage by doing ONE THING AT A TIME.... lol I have to keep reminding myself that!!

I have slowed down so much because I realize there are much more important things in life so I guess that is why it is taking me so long. LOL Thanks for posting and it is really good to hear from you. God bless!

Just focus on one at a time... I know, I should talk, I'm always swamped around the holidays and have multiple projects going at the same time ( and several ideas for projects that I'd really like to start, but never seem to find the time)
Somehow, I get everything together in time and meet my deadlines. But when all is said and done, I'm totally burnt out from creating for a few weeks.

I know exactly what you mean. I meet most of my deadlines but am so exhausted by the time the deadline gets here that I don't want to do anything for a bit. Thanks for posting and God bless you!

Hopefully you have learned how to manage some of your time, and not gotten too stressed with all of these things you are wanting to do. Sometimes it is best if you learn how to space yourself out when wanting to get things done so you do not get too overwhelmed, and not get accomplished all you set out to do. And when it does feel like it gets overwhelming, remember a little Prayer never hurts as well. Wishing you the Best.

Just do what you can with a happy heart and it will all just somehow get done. Enjoy doing each of them. Have fun.

You are certainly busy but isn't it better than having nothing interesting to do? You should post pictures, do you have a digital camera? I know we'd all love to see your remodeling and your afghans and clothes you make.

Oh my, you sure do have a lot going on. I've been busy with many projects too, but not of the craft variety. I've been sharing my time online between several different things that will bring in a few dollars.
I did sell one baby blanket on etsy, though, and started a discussion about it a little while ago. Made money on the blanket, and now making money talking about it!

Go go go!
As the ditty goes: busy hands are happy hands and happy hands are busy! It sounds like you've got your work cut out for you, but I know I always love having that crush of activity. It's so much fun, for me, to be whirling around trying to get things done, and the relief and satisfaction when it's all over is great.
Good luck with all of your projects!

Yes, I love it when I get that feeling of "so much to do " and I am rushing to this job and then back to that one and so on. It does give us a sense of accomplishment! Thanks for responding and God bless you!
