I'm not sure about the season in your place right now. But you can try having crashed ice, cook your bananas in a sugar and water then mix it with crashed ice and I guess she will like it. We called it here, Banana Ice or Ice Banana. Or if you have some ice cream there, it is better, Banana Ice Cream, hmmm, yummy.

hi vidhyagowri .go for banana shake.take two ripe bananas . peel them.and put them in a mixie. add two glasses of cold milk or at normal temperature. add sugar as per the taste and ice cubes. start the mixie. it will make a wonderful shake, the banana shake. all of you will enjoy this shake especially the kids . they will ask for it daily. besides being tasty it is healthier too.

Mash the bananas and add maida and sugar. Then deep fry. Try it once. Your kids may like it.

I love to eat bananas. I always eat bananas with vanilla ice cream and peanut butter. You can make banana dessert by slicing the bananas and put into a pot. Add some sugar,some water and 4 cloves. Heat the pot until boil then serve.

You could make banana bread, or banana muffins, or banana pudding:-) I'm not a banana lover in any way, but if made right - I can definately sink my teeth into any of these three treats! And they are always better with really ripe bananas as opposed to just ripe bananas!

You can make banana roast. It is very simple and children like them. Cut one or two bananas into 1 inch long pieces and deep fry them in ghee. When the colour turn golden brown you can take it from the pan and serve.

Make some banana bread. Yummy! My kids love it.

I make banana fritters with the riped bananas at home. I serve it with a syrup made with jaggery. Here's a simple and easy banana fritters recipe.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 large firm bananas
Oil for deep-fat frying
Confectioners' sugar, optional

Directions:

In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and oil. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture until smooth. Cut bananas into quarters (about 2 in. long). Dip each banana piece into batter to coat.

In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Fry banana pieces, two to three at a time, until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired. Yield: 6-8 servings.
