This morning I ate a very small mid day breakfast. It was celery with a tiny bit of peanut butter and a yogurt.
Then, this afternoon i went to the fitness center and worked out on the elliptical machine for about 20 minutes.
After that, I went swimming.
Then, this evening after I had an early dinner (salad with chicken in it) I went for a LONG walk with my son, and we picked berries.
Fun!
I've been stuck at the same weight for the past 4 days, but tomorrow I think I'm going to have a loss!

Sounds like a great day. Good for you. I hope it gets you the results you want. I am currently about 4 months pregnant. So my weight loss will have to weight until after the 1st of the year.

Congrats on your pregnancy! That's a pretty good reason not to be on a diet ;)
we thought we would have a loss on the scale today, but neither me or my boyfriend did.
I guess we will see a loss again soon.
We are hoping that we don't get discouraged.

I wish I could be so productive EVERYDAY, but somedays I'm so drained from life that I can't do anything. I"m going to try really hard to go to the fitness center a few times a week--- and I have exercise equipment at home that I'm going to try to make time for as well.
It's so hard to fit everything in one day!

You know it is good to lose it slow that means your doing it healthy. Try not to weigh yourself everyday. You should be losing about 1 to 2 lbs a week to be healthy. But think of it like this. Is being overweight a number or how you feel? Do you feel good at 140, but you know you should weight 130 so you let the number get to you? I dont think losing weight should be about a number. I think that every person no matter how big feels good about themselves at their healthy weight and your body will tell you what that is. It is not something from a text book. I know when I weigh 145 because I feel fat, but I can lose 5 or 10 lbs and I feel great even though 5 years ago I weighed 105. I was too skinny. I let my body decide if it thinks I am fat or not. If I am to weigh 140 till I die so be it maybe that is just my healthy weight. I hope that I have not ranted and you don't understand any of this. My thoughts are running faster than my typing and thinking.

Yes, I understand you. If I went by a textbook I'd probably suppose to weigh about 165 according to my height and age and all of that... however I KNOW i look okay and feel okay at about 180, so that's what I'm shooting for.
I guess we have been dieting for about 2 and a half weeks now, and the first few pounds just fell off. All together so far I've lost 10 pounds. The last few days I've kinda stuck, but like I said, i think tomorrow will be a loss. I hope so anyway.
I do weigh myself every morning, but I don't get STUCK to it or worry about it fluctuating. I do need motivation seeing that number move though. LOL
