Anyone making their own BBQ sauce today?

I didn't have time to make any of the sauce myself since I was to busy doing the rest since it seemed I was volunteered to do it all while everyone else sit around enjoying themselves. I was busy as a bee. So it was Kraft Honey and Origional that we used on the chicken.

I've never made my own BBQ sauce but it sounds very interesting. I would be interested in a BBQ sauce recipe if you have one, that is lower in sodium or salt. I am cooking low salt these days for health reasons.

I'm not making my own BBQ sauce today. I have never tried that before. We are going to grill some hamburgers and hot dogs out on the grill today though but I am not sure if my husband plans to BBQ them or not. If he does BBQ them, I guess it will have to come straight out of the bottle.

hi ersmommy1, dear friend, my hubby loves to BBQ and when he invites his friends then he loves to do it there itself with some ham burgers and sausages and hot dogs. i dont do it and i dont even have time because i have a small baby to look after and because i am a lactating mom so i have to restrict on my diet too. HAPPY EATING ANG DOING BBQ......... :-)

Next year, I will buy my own grill and will be burning barbecue so that I can learn how to do it right. At the moment, a friend of mine usually does the barbecuing at our house's fourth of July party.

I will be using my own sauce. It has pineapples and Onions in it. It is sweet and tangy and hot. but very very good. I enjoy BBQ out today it is my favorite Holiday. Happy 4th!!
