Yes. He's real. As real as you and I. He's Lucifer. That angel that fostered revolt and signed up one third of the angels to join him. He/they work diligently, but not only against children, but against all people, nations and the world.
wHy? is there a boogie man? cause angel and man was endowed with rationality.. The question I've pondered is, why did God wait so very long, before creating the universe and man and woman, creating them only after Lucifer's full revolt was in his heart..

I agree with you. We just made him up to get them to listen. But don't you think who ever invented him could have gotten the idea from some where?
