Yesterday night,I got a insomnia for seeing a macabre film made by American. The film said that there was a communicate language between plants and plants.they would emit a kind of chemic thing that can make people do suicide when many people get together, which would menace them. many people died in the film, everyone was looking for a safe place that could escape from the mischance.etc...very terrible!!! I was so scared that I couldn't get to sleep tonight. The menu rose up every now and then.Maybe you think it's ridiculous, maybe it has ever happend to you .haha~~

I did have what we call nightmares after watching a film that was about a rebellion in a insanasilum. The inmates tortured the staff. I was working at a halfway house for the mentally ill at the time that I watched the film. When I finally woke up I was so scared that I couldn't move a muscle. I don't watch that kind of films any more and haven't had a nightmare since.

yeah,we'd better not watch that sort of movies any more. It's the best way we could get away from scariness.

Hey, I don't think it's ridiculous at all! There have been quite a few nights over the years that I've had trouble falling asleep, even with the lights on, because of some movie I just watched. The only two things that I can suggest is to try to watch something light and funny after watching something scary so that will be on your mind when you go to bed and, when you're trying to fall asleep let your mind wander around in your happy place. My happy place is at the beach. When I'm having trouble falling asleep I imagine that I'm at the beach and I picture everything that would be there. It helps me to relax and eventually dose off.

Yeah, that's really a good idea.but every time when i try to think of other happy things, every time I would turn to the scary picture.then I couldn't fall aseep.

That sounds like a bad movie - bad as in a weird story with no educational value and no inspirational content. I don't usually watch horror movies myself. I hate them and the few scary movies I have seen did disturb me for a day or two. I'm an American.
