I do none of those I normally listen to music or watch a movie or call my boyfriend and talk to him.

for total relaxation, id prepare with nice music, run a deep hot bath with lots and lots of bubbles AND glass of wine.. and lay there eyes closed listening to the music and sipping nice cold chardonnay wine.. Now that is blizz :))))

BUT if i had a nice man.. i think a full body massage with oils would be nice also lol and not forget the wine as well :p

I'm with you. That is the option I prefer also. Sometimes just watching tv or listening to music will help me to destress. Also spending time with my pets is good. They are perfect little stress relievers.

i workout or jog and get into sports (i row with my team four times a week in manila bay and sometimes we swim), better if you can get involved in team sports - it's more fun plus you meet more people

When I am terribly stressed, I'm able to lay down and fall asleep. It's my best defense mechanism. I'm not much of a drinker and hate to shop so those two are out of the picture but know it works well for others. My biggest worry is when our kids are on the road traveling.

I did not do all those options. I always use home remedies if I have stress such as:
1.Try avoiding certain foods such as foods are caffeine in coffee and many soft drinks, salt, sugar.
2.Eat more yoghurt, blackstrap molasses, seeds, and sprouts.
3.Chew 5-6 holy basil leaves daily in the morning after brushing my teeth. Basil helps decrease stress levels.

dear friend there are two ways to fight i.e positively and negatively. there are
many negative ways to fight or deal with stress such as use drugs, alchohol, which arms to health and create more problems than before.

I would like to advice you that try to listen your favourite song or watch a movie which calm you down.Try sleeping more and visit some picnic spot where you like most.

Mostly try to fight with stress by thinking about what is problem of stress by seeing it positively.

The best stress buster would be to drink a glass of core water. I don't think being more dependent on tablets on antidepressant is good because it in turn only makes our body used to, to the tablets, reducing body resistance.
I think going to sleep is also another stress buster. Hot water bath provides relaxation and peace of mind.

I usually go out to my favorite restaurant.Eating good food is a destressant for me.I love being around merry people and soft music. Also sometimes i go out shopping. It relaxes me a lot.But, whenever i cant help it i just call up my friends.
