I know it's silly, I saw this box of Vitamin E and I found the expiry date is 6/2008, it's July now, just few days past, I took a tablet last night, and now I feel my stomach is boiling, argh! what should I do?

Hi and Welcome to MyLot!I don't think the expired Vitamin E will hurt you but it may not be as potent as when it was new. If you can, I would throw them out or use the oil from inside the capsule for your skin and go out and buy some fresh ones. Have a great day! Char

I have taken Vitamin E capsuals that have been way out of date and this has not happened to me, if you don't want to take them as vitamins you can put a hole in the capsuals ofoil and use the oil as a good oil for your face and hands, it is great stuff..

They should be fine. Less effective, but they're not going to hurt you.

Oh better don't take it anymore. Although they say its good for another 3-4 months more but its not advisable to take it anymore since it may start deteriorating in the content and could become more harmful to your body than beneficial.
