A lot of people say all yogurt is the same. Well I don't agree after trying this. Ever since getting my Gall Bladder removed I have had all kinds of Stomach issues that would even prevent me from going out and doing things. I have always been a yogurt fan and ate it all the time. So it's not like I didn't eat yogurt to begin with and that it was just the typical ingredients in yogurt that help the digestive system. I don't know what it is about Dannon Activia, but it has worked for me. It is more expensive but hey it works for me. It doesn't taste half bad, I am still partial to the flavor of other brands I've had, but those brands didn't seem to solve my stomach issues.
So what do you think of Activia?

I am actually going to start it tomorrow. I have my fridge loaded up with my fav. flavors. I ate it once about a year ago. My ex-mother in law gave me one to try (didnt taste to bad) and then my ex and I went to Chuy's (a mexican restraunt). I prayed I would get home fast enough (close one). So decided to wait till a weekend to start it.

It tastes great, and I would recommend it for anyone. The taste is not only good, but it really does do more for one's body that 'regular' yogurt. Like you said it is a little more expensive, but yogurt itself, Dannon or Yoplait is always a little bit up there. I recently bought some after a long hiatus with it. I really want to do something good for my body.
