Associated Content Payouts $$$ |

How much are you earning over at Associated content? I have close to 40 articles and have made close to $40 with a combination of performance views and offers. Just curious where everyone stands. Any tips would be appreciated.

1. jillbeth (2224) | 1 year ago | I made about $600 last calender year. I haven't made as much this year because I am submitting most of my stuff for page views only so I can keep the rights and use the articles elsewhere. I am making about $25 a month in bonus on Page views only.

| erikdell (81) | 1 year ago | Wow! That's a pretty hefty sum for a year's worth of internet writing. Congrats and the monthly residuals must be nice. I myself am averaging about $1-2 in PVs per month on Associated Content.

gitfiddleplayer (5550) | 1 year ago | Jill and Erik, I write for AC too, send me your link and I'll subscribe to you and add you as favorites. Also, let sunnflr know that you write for AC, she has a blog and will add your link so you can get some more page views. My link on AC is, http://www.associatedcont... answer your question, I usually submit for upfront payments so I don't know how much I make a month.

2. Ldyjarhead (5167) | 1 year ago | I just started writing there a couple of weeks ago and out of the first four articles I sent in, two were accepted and two were resubmitted for page views only. I've been paid for another article since, but I wrote several others that I just put in for page views only.
I've made around $12 for the three articles, and $ .80 for page views so far, but they haven't updated in a couple of days, so should be a few pennies more. I'm still trying to build up there, and have ideas for a few more articles that I need to get to in the next couple of days.
I've even written two articles about myLot, and need to get going on a third one. If you want to see what I've done, my link is on my profile, and feel free to send me yours or post here and I'd be happy to subscribe.
Do you read the forums there? LOADS of info!

| erikdell (81) | 1 year ago | I didn't even know they had forums. I'll have to check those out. Thanks for the advice. That's not a bad ratio of articles written to sold articles.

3. arcideaco (448) | 1 year ago | I did not write many articles in AC. If I am not wrong, I do have 3 to 4 articles and my earning is just over ten cents. Do you think I should concentrate on AC apart from Helium? What is your view on this in terms of comparison?
Heh. Cheers.

ArsonCuff (2715) | 1 year ago | Helium is a waste of time with too many hoops to jump through to even get your money; stupid rating stars and such feel like a rip off more often than not never updating for so many.

| erikdell (81) | 1 year ago | I have been lucky with Helium. I think once you get a bunch of high rated articles you do well. I have, however been shifting more of my attention over to Associated content because they pay sooner and I seem to get more page views there. But I submit to both sites and I highly recommend the contests at Helium, they pay well. Good Luck.

arcideaco (448) | 1 year ago | Thank you both for your comment.
I am very grateful for the information that was being shared for AC and I might just shift my attention a little bit on AC to see how things goes as I believe I may have hit the bottleneck earning for Helium already.
Thank you and cheers. Interesting discussion.

4. ArsonCuff (2715) | 1 year ago | Currently I make between $75-$100 every month off of page views alone, I have not calculated what I get from up-front payments into that. I am also working on making this number larger.
| |
| |
|
|
| erikdell (81) | 1 year ago | That is a decent amount. It seems that once you get the PVs rolling they don't stop. Any hints on writing a breakthrough article?

6. hcromer (2417) | 1 year ago | I haven't been writing much over the past year since just this past week, but I usually get about $5.50 on PV every month with zero activity on the site. I hope to make $20.00 off of articles that I have written over the past week (6-7 of them) plus the $6 in PV. It's not that much, but I still love to get that little bonus money each month.
I'm trying to become a lot more active on the site now with answering Calls for Content so hopefully I will be making more from now on. My only advice is to stay active on the site, answer calls for content, and keep your audience in mind. Think about who your article will appeal to and how to broaden that audience as much as possible to get views and up your PV.
