Check it out guys, when I read one of the magazines compiled in our library I found this very short fact about hugs. Hug for health. It states research tends to be on going about the health benefits of hugs. And recent studies indicate that people shown affection are less likely to see a doctor or feel sick, they instead reports zest for life, love for work, and sense that their existence is meaningful. So what can you say? do you believe it? Maybe I'll try this one also! Happy hugging(LOL)!!!

I think it follows the touch therapy principle, people who gets touch
(of course lovingly) are the one who easily get out of sickness.
I think it is because hugs brings good energy to our body and makes
our body stronger in fighting of illness.
Thank you for sharing this. Now I have another reason to hug my
girlfriend!
Have fun hugging!

It's probably true, because interacting is always good for health. A lot of breeds of dogs get really sick when they do not get attention, their immunity becomes weaker. But I don't think you can just give hugs and be healthy unless it is a genuine hug with emotional feelings attached. It deals with all the chemicals that effect your mood in your brain, so I guess you have to really feel like hugging someone with real affection attached.

I definitely believe it. Look at children who don't get affection, they're sickly and maladjusted. Adults who don't get affection are miserable. Hugs are good!

Hugs make me feel relaxed and happier and being happier means less stress and less stress means a healthier living. People should really get lots of it especially now that the stress is getting worse because of what's happening around us.
