Do you wax or shave?

Haha... I can imagine if I tried doing it by myself. Oh dear. Yup. it depends on the sensitivity of your skin plus the type of wax you use and lastly the person doing the waxing. Lol. Good thing my first experience wasn't traumatizing. The one who did it for me is an expert at it.

No, there wont be any marks. I am sure you will fall in love with waxing after trying. As I know, if you are shaving, you need to shave quite often. But, for waxing, it can last for months. In my case, it lasted for 2-3 months before the hair growing out. I think wax is more worth it!:)

No red marks for me. I guess it would leave red marks if it was done improperly.. I just hope that if you do try, it'd be with someone who really knows how to do it.

true. true. Especially if you have a lot of hair, you'll end up having really fair skin. Lol.

Do try it with the legs... It'll sting a little in certain areas especially if you've been shaving it... the hair root would be pretty thick but if you've never done anything to your legs, it would just feel like putting scotch tape and removing it.

I just go and buy a tub of wax and ask my friend who's an expert at it to do the waxing for me. What's great about is I don't have to pay a single thing. Hehe.

That has always been my impression. Especially with the movies that I've seen showing people in excruciating pain after being waxed. Lol. But if done properly, there's very minimal if not no pain at all.

Yup. very true. That's why I let my first be done by my friend who I know has been doing it for the longest time. I thought it'd hurt really bad but to my surprise, it didn't. Haha. I was even texting while she was waxing my leg. The people around me were like wincing and groaning but I was really non chalant about it. Haha. It was cool actually. Just make sure it's done by someone who's really good at it.

It's been three weeks now and so far, so good. Although some of the hair has grown back already. At least it's not like the whole thing plus it grew back finer. Have you been shaving your legs? If you have, it'll probably sting in some areas. My friend explained to me that it's not good to shave legs because it would do something to the hair pores. Forgot what she said. It would be a little hard to wax it off yourself because you have to make sure that you're pulling it off in the right direction. She said that you have to apply the wax and pull it in the opposite direction. She uses cold wax to do mine. I'm not sure how much a tub of wax would cost there. Here, I bought it at around eight dollars for one tub. That would make like several applications.

It would probably be better to let my sister-in-law do it. I think the trick is to let it grow for about a week or so, if I can stand it. I just have to find atime when she is not too busy.
