Husband and Mylot?

My husband thinks it's pretty stupid, mostly for the small amount of money and sometimes large amount of time. Once I explained to him that the money was a bonus but that I mostly do it for the fun of it, he was more okay with it.

I think your husband is just jealous. He wants to have your attention because you're spending more time here. I'm glad my husband doesn't do that. He doesn't know that I'm spending most of my time here. He is not with me right now, he is working abroad so he doesn't know my activities here. LOL. I suggest that you still spend more quality time with him. That's what I do, whenever my husband and I are talking over the messenger, I logged out of mylot. Happy postings. HUGZ!

Well, my husband understands mylot, and infact even he contributes to the discussions, but if ur husband feels like ur not spending enough time with him, then may be you could just cut down a little onlotting...no offense just a suggestion, coz though my husband is co-operative, some times he just wants me to make him something coz he is tired and then wants to spend time with me, so i just do what comes first...

Sounds like a marriage issue to me. I guess I would know what the situation to really make a call though. My wife said that she is irritated that I was on the computer so much. Once I knew it was a problem to her, I rearranged how I did things so I could spend more time with her and the kids. Could you do that? You really have to think: what is more important your relationship or the computer. Better yet, show him how Mylot works and ger him involved. Hmm. Then you would have to share the computer. Hmm.

I guess this is related to the topic I just started, "Been So Attached To myLot". We are almost in the same situation. My wife keeps nagging on me coz I spend a lot of time on here, and usually goes home late. But lately, she understand what I am doing on here is also for the good of us. KEEP SMILING = NEIL

Maybe he's jealous or maybe he is just trying to tell you that he misses you spending time with him instead of the computer. I don't really have that problem, my s/o thinks it's cool that I'm actually getting money for doing this, even though it's not much. He knows that I use what I get here on my hobby of scrapbooking. He also doesn't have a problem with it, because normally when I'm doing it he's either at work or on his computer. I have the option to be on here during the day now since I was put on medical leave. However, I normally don't get on the computer in the evening since I would rather spend time with him, even if it's just watching tv together. Maybe your husband is just saying it's stupid because of the fact that he would rather have your attention than to have you on the computer all the time?
