who loves to eat Durian?

i am a big fan of all fruits and dont realy dislike any, i like to try things for my self at least once to see if i like them and am not put off by look or smell, the worst thing i have ever eaten has to be octapus in red wine sauce, i have never heard of this fruit.

I've heard of this fruit, but I've never seen it sold around where I live. I would love to try it because what I'm told is that is one of the most delicious fruits. Is there any other fruit you could compare it to so as to give us a better description??

I love eating durian.. I was born in Jolo Sulu where there are plenty of durian selling in our place aside from Davao.. My younger sister doesn't eat durian because of the smell.. She can't take the smell of the durian and also my niece.. For me, the smell of the durian isn't bad especially the taste of it.. It is really sweet and soft.. I just really love eating durian and it is a very nutritious fruit.. But to bad for those who have an illness like high blood and diabetics it is bad for them because the durian can cause high blood pressure and it is really sweet that can high sugar level.. Actually, they can eat it but not to plenty and after they eat it they need to drink their maintenance..

I do...I love to do it. In Indonesia, this fruit is called the king of fruit, because many of them likes to eat it. When the season is coming, you can meet this fruit along the street in the market. The local one is more delicious and have stronger effect than the imported one (usually from Thailand). And I choose the local durian because the smell is stronger and the taste won't make you forget it.

You are a true Durian lover.Durian for me is flash back to our stay in singapore where people ate the fruit in every form imaginable, from raw fruit to icecreams flavoured in Durian.I can hardly stand the smell let alone try to eat one. It looks similar to Jack fruit which is widely available in India. I will try to get the vitamin boost from some other fruit.enjoy your Durian.:)

I still have not gotten used to eating durian. I love your pomelo and mangooseteen best! I remember when it was in season and the durian crates bought by the guests were all outside the hotel. Once the guest checked out, they can get their durian from that area. I have yet to see a marang fruit.

wow! Wish I could have a teeeaste of this Davao fruit fruit-wonder how it tasts, gues fruity and sweet and refreshing like a ripe April Mango in my village-it tastes so differently sweet!

Haven't seen nor tasted the fruit itself.Back home,during my elementary days i have tried durian candies.And it tastes good,every time i go out i would buy 4 packs of it and can finish it half day.Heard some info about it,the smell, how to eat it,etc.I've seen one here and it really smells awful,but OMG it's so expensive....somewhere 500 pesos a piece-the size of 2 fist!
