My uncle claims he grew 3 inches in college. Things I've been doing aer cutting out sodas and chips, taking meals to work as they are healthier, buying brown bread rather than white, basically cutting back on the bad things people eat. I've also been adding exercise such as gardening, the elliptical trainer, going for walks, mowing the lawn, horse back riding. If you're serious about the getting trim I'd visit the doctor or even a gym to get advice.

I don't know what your regular diet is, but I guess you might need to change it a little, more vegtables, fruits, and grain. Maybe a little extra exercise. I use to be scrawny, now I'm fat lol My weight problem stems from the habit of wanting to graze at night. I'm working on it though.

7. banunche (223) | 3 months ago | i saw myself as fat though whenever i check my weight it does not fall to the required weight for my height or BMI. honestly, i am underweight and my boyfriend told me that im getting thin. my friends also told me that im near to being skinny. its quite ironic because i really eat a lot. in your case, maybe your metabolism is slow. there are some people whose metabolism are so fast that even though they eat a lot they still don't get fat. also, the activities of the person may be a factor why someone gain or lose weight.
