When I'm hot, nothing else matters!

I know if you put a cool cloth on your forehead or around the back of your neck it helps you to cool down alot. I have done that alot and it really helps me. And sometimes just munching on chipped ice kinda helps cool you down.

Yeah, when i get really hot it makes me feel sick too. It makes me feel like i'm going to pass out. I try to stay in outta the heat as much as possible. My son loves it outside tho so thats not always an option for me lol.

I can't be in the heat for very long it does make me sick. Lucikly we have a lot of shade trees in our yard so when Im out with the kids that's usually where you'll find me. I also have to be carefull cause I have asthma

To be honest, I have very rarely felt that heat makes me sick or gets my head spinning. The fact that you get really sweaty and sticky due to lot of heat and humidity is what I don't like about being outside in too much heat. My skin gets dark and sometimes might even get a dark spot as well. But drinking too much cold water and eating in a decent portion during makes me going well for most of the time.

I don't like the heat either. I feel awful when the sun shines directly on me. I feel lightheaded and mopey.

I run my air conditioner all night but I still wake up kicking the blankets off.

i've never had no heat strokes but the same things with me 2. i cannot stand hot climates. i prefer rainy n winter seasons to summer.my head starts to ache whn m in d heat for a long time. it becomes a problem even whn m playing dats y i play mostly in d eves dan mornins or afternoons.

It seems that when someone has had heat stroke they cannot tolerate the heat. I too cannot tolerate the heat. I get nauseous and dizzy. If I wake up and am hot in the summer time I go out to the back yard and strip off my nightgown and get into my pool. Yes I skinny dip. I cool off and then can go back to bed and go back to sleep. I do love my pool. If I do not get in my pool I will turn the hose on and get wet that way. That is refreshing also. Right now I have an ear infection and cannot get my ear wet so I do not dare take a shower to the hose is good to clean off and not get my ear wet.

The heat is fine as long as you are dressed for it and can take things easy,but if you are working in a hot environment then it could be he**,I dont mind the heat too much.The only time that it makes me feel very sick is if we are in the car,and then it is awful,we have air conditioning,but we try not to use it because it eats the fuel and the fuel is very expensive here in the UK.i have just seen a bit in the paper where two dogs died,their owners went off and just left them in the heat!!they came back to find them both dead,that is so neglectful,its hard to think that someone could be so irresponsible.

I am not big on the hot heat either. I try to find shade. I won't sit out in the direct sun if I don't have to- in the heat of the summer. Yesterday was my family reunion- we went out and played volleyball- 5 games- and let me tell you it was hot. In between every game I jumped in the pool.
Being really hot makes me feel sick as well.

I intensely dislike the heat too, my friend. I'm fair skinned and my body just doesn't know how to deal with it. I feel weak, sometimes even shaky and I can't get enough cool drinks with oodles of ice. We don't have air conditioning in this country because it's rarely ever hot enough for it to benefit us, and also, our weather is quite inclement, so a wasted commodity. We can attach fans to the light fittings if we wish, but that's all.
