If You Could Go Back In Time And Repeat Any Year Of Your Life......  |

 ....which year would it be?
AND
If you could take something with you from the present that you did't have in that past year you chose, what would you take?
This week has been totally $hitty, and I'll be happy happy happy to see it go. I head a song on the radio tonight that reminded me of what a great year 2001 was for me. I want to go back to 2001.
-AM 740 made it's debut
-My maternal grandparents were still alive and healthy
-I still lived in my childhood home
-A friend of mine gave me cases and cases of old 78 RPM records for my collection
-My last real MERRY Christmas before Christmas depression got a hold of me
-I turned 19 and my best friend bought me my first beer
The precious thing I'd want to take back in time wih me to 2001 would be my wonderful husband who I didn't meet until 2004.

| 4. sugarbunny (42) | 1 month ago |  I think i would go back to the 9 months i was in the womb of my mum, or maybe my first year after being born, basically because i can't remember back that far, and i would like to be able to experience it and remember what it was like! I so often look at babies and wonder how they feel, and i would like to know how it feels:) I can only remember from about age 4.
Also being a baby again is a comforting idea for me. Sometimes the world is so horrible, i wish to go back to that innocent time.:)

Mom always told me what colour things were and what they were, so I remember my blue high chair with a patch-work design on it, and my navy blue sweater with a stripe of white on it and red diamonds. I remember a flash of light, ad Mom saying the word "camera" Years laer when I looked in my photo album, I found that picture. Under it she'd written "Leah, 18 months, 1993" | |

5.  gitfiddleplayer (1496) | 1 month ago |  Good question, I guess I'd do our wedding different, we'd/I'd scrap the big wedding that was a disaster and opt for a small ceremony, somewhere warm and have my wife's family go on vacation right after we said our I do's. That would be 1998. I guess I would go with meeting my wife sooner but it wouldn't have worked out because I wasn't free to be with her until a tragedy happened that allowed me to move on. Hope your week is getting better, hang in there danish.

I know aout wanting to send family members on vacation. LOL I want to send an ex to some place really nice so this person will never bother us again. LOL | |

| 6. landi927 (311) | 1 month ago |  I want to go back to 2003. On positive, it is not a great year for me, but a worst one. In that year, I wasted most of my time. I didn't study hard for my examination. I only got a very low mark so that i only can enter a bad college. That made my parents disappointed. They have expected me to do a excellent performance but i didn't. If i could, i would like to go back to that year. I would study hard to make my goal.

| 8. patgalca (5062) | 1 month ago |  In January of 2001 I finally got my insurance settlement after a five year battle for disability. I had to settle for a lump sum payment. From there we bought a brand new mini van, a washer and dryer, had sliding doors put into our family room, and took the kids to DisneyWorld for a week. It was one of the better years we had since having my second daughter in 1997. We had been struggling financially before, and once that money ran out (and the money I so smartly invested) we were struggling again... until last month when my mother gave me an advance inheritance. We should be good for awhile now.

Even still back then no one really listened to children, so it might be a bust.
